Here at Compleat Angler Villawood if you aren't happy we aren't either, we want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as it arrives at your doorstep. In the case where you are unhappy, unsatisfied or have received the wrong item please read the following:

WE WILL ONLY REFUND PURCHASES THAT ARE FAULTY OR DAMAGED FROM MANUFACTURING OR ARE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT YOU ORDERED. Items that have clearly been used will never be approved for a refund.

We will refund any purchase up to it's full price exluding shipping costs for anything purchased from us online, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your goods if the item is faulty or you're unhappy with it. 

PLEASE Contact us before you send your items back, we will instruct you on what to do. 

Items need to be returned in the original packaging with tags (If applicable) and make sure parcels are well packed, insured and paid through the freight company of your choice. Please include an original invoice or email confirmation with any returns.

Shipping fees for returned items are paid by the customer unless advised otherwise. We are not responsible for any items that go missing or are damaged during transit. 

If you're local you can always come into our store and ask about returning an item purchased through our website, please understand that we have the right to reject any refund claims upon inspection. 

Refunds will be processed when the products have been inspected by a staff member of Compleat Angler Villawood. If approved upon inspection expect the refund to be credited back into your original payment method within 10 days.
